₹920 Stock, 72% Revenue Surge and 103% Profit Jump: Macfos Announces 1:10 Bonus Issue

Macfos

In a development that quickly caught investors’ attention, shares of Macfos Ltd climbed nearly 4 percent in a single trading session after the company announced a 1:10 bonus share issue, while simultaneously reporting 72 percent revenue growth and a 103 percent jump in quarterly profit. The announcement reinforced market confidence in the technology driven electronics platform.

The company has fixed March 10, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the bonus issue. Under this structure, investors will receive one additional fully paid equity share for every ten shares held. Bonus shares are typically viewed as a signal of financial confidence from management and can also improve stock liquidity by increasing the number of tradable shares.

Following the announcement, Macfos shares were trading around ₹920 per share, up from the previous close of ₹896.60. This places the company’s market capitalization at approximately ₹866 crore.

Strong Financial Momentum

Macfos has also reported impressive financial performance during Q3 FY26. The company posted revenue of ₹78.89 crore, marking a 72 percent increase compared with ₹45.80 crore in the same quarter last year.

Profit growth was even more striking. Net profit rose 103 percent to ₹5.63 crore, compared with ₹2.76 crore in Q3 FY25. The rapid expansion in both revenue and earnings indicates increasing demand and stronger operating leverage.

Operational performance has steadily improved throughout the past year. Operating profit increased from ₹3.74 crore in December 2024 to ₹8.05 crore in December 2025. Between these periods, operating profit rose sequentially to ₹6.48 crore in March 2025, ₹6.99 crore in June 2025, and ₹7.20 crore in September 2025.

This improvement also translated into stronger profitability metrics. Operating profit margin expanded from 8.17 percent to about 10.20 percent, reflecting better operational efficiency and scale benefits.

Expanding Customer Activity and Product Portfolio

Macfos has also recorded strong growth in platform engagement. Average monthly visitors across its website and app increased from 523,650 in Q3 FY25 to 636,776 in Q3 FY26. At the same time, total orders grew from 99,566 to 130,850, indicating rising customer demand.

Customer spending per transaction has also increased. Average order value rose from ₹4,600 to ₹6,029, while the company expanded its product catalog significantly, with total SKUs reaching 103,628 by December 2025.
