Investors like DVC, known for backing emerging AI leaders, have also joined the round and will support the company’s evolving AI strategy.

A large share of this momentum points toward India. The country is moving beyond basic digital tools and shifting toward intelligent procurement that produces measurable results. To lead this effort, Zinit has appointed industry veteran Naveenn Suri as Regional Director for India. With more than two decades of experience in supply chain transformation and consulting, he is now focused on scaling Zinit’s presence in a market where CFOs and CPOs want automation that delivers immediate financial impact.

The company is already gaining strong traction in India’s enterprise landscape. Despite rapid digital adoption, procurement remains one of the slowest functions to modernize, with more than half of global sourcing processes still relying on manual work. Zinit has stepped into this gap, building a network of more than one hundred thousand suppliers and supporting over one hundred enterprises. Indian operations of Bacardi, UFLEX, and United Colors of Benetton are among the users benefiting from faster sourcing cycles and higher savings.

Globally, the new funding will drive product innovation and expansion into additional regions. The company has strengthened its leadership in Latin America and the United States as part of its broader scaling strategy.
